1. General 

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on this website ( see date at the top of the page ) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. 


2. Order process 

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Customer to purchase Goods pursuant to these terms and conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.  

Where goods ordered by the Customer are not available from stock the Customer will be notified and give the option to either wait until the goods are available or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 7 days. 


3. Delivery 

Furniture - We over a FREE delivery & assembly service on all furniture purchases over £500 with removal and disposal of all packaging within a 15 mile radius of Lisburn. We can deliver to most areas throughout Northern Ireland. If your address is not shown on the postcode section at check out please contact the shop or request a call back. Furniture purchases under £500 within the greater Lisburn / Belfast area will be charged at £20. We also offer the service of removal and disposal of old furniture if the replacements are purchased from us, contact shop for charges. Delivery lead times vary depending on the item purchased. The approximate delivery time will be displayed alongside the description of the item. On completion of your order, you will receive notification within 48 hours confirming your purchase.

Rugs - All rugs from this website cost £9.95 Delivery no matter the size are only for delivery to customers to mainland UK, Ireland (North and South). For customers in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and other such Islands should contact us for a verified price and delivery time scale. 

Rugs will be delivered in 3-10 days. In the unlikely case that a rug is out of stock, you will be contacted via email with an approximate delivery date and the choice to wait or be refunded.


4. Can I return my purchase?

Please note if a runner has been custom made for you returns cannot be accepted.

If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm acceptance of your return, you must securely package your purchase and return it at your expense within 7 working days. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the item, we will issue a refund less the delivery and return charges.

In the unlikely event that a runner or rug is delivered damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase, please inspect your runner to make sure the runner or rug is undamaged and the correct item as per order before fitting. If on arrival the packaging is damaged, please ensure that it is marked on the courier’s delivery note, as we are unable to pursue any claims against them if the delivery was marked received in good condition.

Once notified of damages or faults we will arrange for our courier to collect your purchase and a replacement or full refund will be issued once the rug or runner has been received and inspected.

Custom made products will be non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed on our website. Please ensure that the measurements are correct and note the estimated delivery time shown on the site to allow for production.

Shedding is a natural characteristic of a deep pile rug and is not deemed to be a fault. This is common on Acrylic and Wool rugs and should be taken into consideration when choosing a product suitable rug for your home.

Note: Whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce images of our products, different monitor settings can have an effect on the appearance of colours. For custom stair runners we recommend that you request a sample to confirm the colour is to your taste.
